I have once read that if we want to make a change in our life we have to do it at once. Otherwise when we will be postponing it all the time we might never start our changes and obviously nothing will change. That is the problem most of the people have when they want to change something in their life. They are waiting to long and they lack determination and motivation in their actions. So, if you want to do something in your life, start a career, move to another house or give up smoking you have to take action immediately. What is the point of waiting? It is unhealthy for our organism to gain mass or lose it at once. We should do it gradually in periods so that we don´t harm ourselves. It is very important as the outcome of such unhealthy diet might be terrible. It is obvious that when organism will gain mass in few days, it wouldn´t operate properly.
